Columbellidae - Atiliinae: Genus Aesopus Gould, 1860 - “dove-shells”
In Tasmania, this genus includes 5 species, as follows:

Aesopus cassandra (cassandra dove-shell) (figure a)

Aesopus gatliffi (Gatliff’s dove-shell)

Aesopus pallidulus (pale dove-shell)

Aesopus plurisulcatus (many-grooved dove-shell) (figure b)
